Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian is looking for a passionate, sales-minded individual to fill a Sales Consultant position on our dealership team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ensure that the initial and returning experience for each customer is welcoming and consistently focused on exceptional service.

. Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Suggests alternative vehicles if necessary.

· Provides thorough product information and demonstration to all prospects.

· Able to provide exceptional customer experience to create memorable experiences.

· Follow-up with buyers to ensure repeat/referral business.

· Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.

· Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience preferred.

· Technologically Savvy & Ability to navigate CRM systems effectively.

· Available to work flexible hours & weekends.

· Fantastic communication skills with your customers.

· Professional & Well-groomed personal appearance.
